Chief Deputy Allen Haueter is second in command to the Sheriff and in his absence has command authority of the Sheriff’s  Office. 

The position of Chief Deputy encompasses the Investigative Bureau, Communications, Training, Road Patrol, Jail Division, Civil Division, and Administration Division. 

           The goal of this position is to manage the office in a manner in which will continually improve the service to the public and other elements of the Criminal Justice System.
