COLUMBIANA COUNTY CCW PROCEDURES

BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

The CCW office is in the basement of the county jail located at 8473 County Home Road, Lisbon Ohio 44432.

Please check the appointment calendar for available days.

NEW APPLICANTS will need to bring all of the following:

Completed application

Passport or Wallet Size photo

(you may have an actual passport photo taken or you can take your own)

Certificate of CCW class completion (issued within last 3 years)

(active duty and honorably discharged veterans may bring a DD214 in lieu of certificate)

Driver's license

Fee in exact change cash or money order

( we do not accept checks or credit cards)

Self-addressed stamped envelope

(envelope is optional or else you may return a week later to pick up your license once the background check is completed)

Those Applying for a RENEWAL you will need the following:

Completed application

Driver's license

Current CCW license

Fee in exact change cash or money order

we do not accept checks or credit cards

The fee for a NEW license if you lived in Ohio the last 5 years is $67. If you have not lived in Ohio the last 5 years, the fee is $77.

The fee for a RENEWAL if you lived in Ohio the last 5 years is $50.

Current and Honorably discharged Veterans with proper ID (DD214 or valid military issued ID)

may have their fee waived.
